Phillip John Pearcy is a fine art photographer, a weaver, and a fictional writer. His work challenges the viewer on the way we see ourselves. He allows us to question who we are, and who we could be. He lets us consider the reality of the world we live in, but he let's us slip into fantasy when no one's looking. Through his photography, he allows us to be mindful of right and wrong, good and evil.

     Straight out of the Hampton Roads in Virginia, Phillip has created two bodies of photography, accompanied with their photo books. Also, he continues to stretch the boundaries by continuing his weaving arts and incorporating photographs. And of all things, Phillip continues to write fictional stories, whether about the content in his photographs or fictional novels about the ordinary, the unordinary, and the magic in-between. Phillip graduates Old Dominion University in December with a B.F.A. in Fine Arts and a Minor in Creative Writing.
